Candy and butterfly

Check out http://www.blog.craftfairy.co.uk/ Yvonne not only has a fantastic collection of Cards, Paintings and Flower arrangements to admire, but is very kindly giving away some blog candy in the form of free tickets to the Newbury art Stamps show which takes place on the 26th and 27th of July. What a star.

For those that read my blog page on a regular basis may be aware that I was suffering badly with headaches and had them every day and night from the 21st June, well your well wishes seem to be doing the trick. I haven’t had a headache for 4 days in a row - pure bliss. I have about 4 more weeks of tablets, and fingers crossed this rather funny spell with be over.

Guess what
I have just found out that my Postcard won the Scrummy Stash cafe Summer Challenge
and my Trian card is in the weekly pick on the Arty Girlz Challenge

My hubby has been begging me for more stamped butterflies for him to paint, so her is another one, he done a few the same colour so if anyone would like one please let me know.

Hello Everyone,

Well the good news is for 3 days in a row i Have only had light headaches, the double dose of pills seem to be doing the trick. Which is fantastic, as it means i can get crafting again.

Here are a few items i have made since my last post on the 3rd July.

Keepsake book for my mother-in-law's birthday gift.
I managed to use up some left over wall paper from my craft room.
I have uploaded this to the Arty Girlz 'Recycling' Challenge

Below is my entry to the Arty Girlz weekly challenge # 42 ~ SKETCH I hope it is ok, as i put the image a bit to far over, silly me.

The Theme for the July ATC swap on the CB forum is Birds or Song Titles, well I was itching to use the template from the Crafts Beautiful July 2008 Mag. so have gone with Birds for the swap.

The First ATC is also my entry for the Ohh-La-La Challenge, which was to use the colour Blue

The paper used in the first ATC is Laura Ashley and the Paper in the 3 following ATC's is Amy Butler. Both sheets of paper, where received from RAK's

Tagged and Award

Hello everyone,
This is a little late but i was tagged on the 20th June by :
Pinkpuppy - Has just uploaded a stunning butterfly notebook
Max - Has been invited to be a Guest Designer for "This Thursday Challenge Blog" in August
Cambiel - Chris is setting up her own shop - why not sign up to the mailing list, to hear about new products.
Beryl - Check out a stunning card made by Beryl made me giggle (hint to you is bum)

The Rules of the game Each player answers the questions about themselves. At the end of the post the player then tags people and post their names, then goes to their blogs and leaves them a comment letting them know they’ve been tagged and asking them to read your blog.Let the person who tagged you know when you’ve posted your answers.

Ten years ago? Mum was going though a divorce and we moved house as part of this. I was also very luck to meet Stuart September 14th (10 Years this year - Wow)

Five things in today’s to do list? (well for tomorrow now at it is 23.12 hours)
Work ,Cook Dinner, Book a Table for Richards 50th this Saturday - ahhh last minute, Make a Card, List some bits on e-bay (for other people again)

Snacks I enjoy?
Any biscuits , Chocolate (Dark) , Nuts , Cakes - sticky with icing on , Cocktail sausages - god i can polish a bucket of these off

Things I would do if I was a millionaire?
*Buy a building were half can be for craft and half for bikes, and we could run a little business
*Set up accounts with local shops for Stuarts mum (would not give her money - she gives it away)
*Buy my auntie and uncle's house, they have been renting it for about 35 years
*The last is little different, I would clear all my friends and families debts. This way it gives them a clean slate. To give them money they would probably buy a car, but still have problems meeting there monthly outgoings. So my view would be to ease there monthly costs, so there wages would be theirs to enjoy life without the overhanging debts and worries

I have also recently received this lovely award from:

Boots the Monkey (Jo) - http://bootsblogspot.blogspot.com/ - check out the Fantastic Cake Card.pinkpuppy - Same as above
Tassie - Stunning work, with a strong style

The rules are :1. The winner can put the logo on her blog.2. Link the person you received your award from.3. Nominate at least 7 other blogs.4. Put links of those blogs on yours.5. Leave a message on the blogs you've nominated.

Thank you Ladies, Sarah x
